Recruitment process

A recruitment process developed by us allows to select candidates with the best qualifications and skills. This helps create a harmonious team, which translates into good atmosphere in the Company.

Recruitment process at our Company is accomplished in four stages:

1. Submission of CV and motivation letter – documents can be sent by traditional mail or electronically by filling in the Internet application form provided below.
Please include the clause of consent to have your personal data processed for recruiting purposes.

2. Application selection - we read all applications and analyze them according to our requirements.

3. A qualification interview with the selected applicants is an excellent opportunity to get to know each other and ask any sort of extra questions, we or the applicant could have.

4. Selecting the applicant – the applicant is selected after a series of qualification interviews, and after final acceptance of cooperation conditions he then receives a letter of intent. According to the Labor Code prior to signing the contract of employment, the applicant is obliged to pass medical examinations pursuant to his post and take safety and health training.
